My tracking link isn't working or hasn't updated. What should I do?

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation email for the tracking information to become active in Buffalo's system. It can take some time for the initial scans to appear. If your tracking link has not updated after 48 hours, please contact our support team at [support@kiftech.co.za](mailto:support@kiftech.co.za) with your order number, and we will be happy to investigate for you.
