  • Can I track my order?

    Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email once your parcel leaves the warehouse. Give it 24–48 hours for the first update to show—international tracking isn't instant.
  • Do you ship outside South Africa?

    No. We only ship within SA. We'd rather serve our local market properly than spread ourselves thin.
  • How long will it REALLY take?

    8–17 business days total. That's 0–3 days handling time, then 8–14 business days in transit. Orders placed before 2 PM SAST get processed faster. Real international logistics take time—we don't make promises we can't keep.
  • What if my package is late?

  • Where do my products actually ship from?

    China. Every order is fulfilled from our vetted partner warehouses there and shipped via Buffalo International Logistics, who specialise in the China-to-South Africa route. We're transparent about our supply chain.
  • Will I get hit with surprise customs fees?

    No. Our prices are DDP, which means the checkout price includes Free standard shipping on orders over R750. R49 standard shipping below R750. South Africa only, import duties, and customs-related charges. KifTech remains responsible for the import costs included in your order price.
