Do you ship outside South Africa?
No. We only ship within SA. We'd rather serve our local market properly than spread ourselves thin. -
8–17 business days total. That's 0–3 days handling time, then 8–14 business days in transit. Orders placed before 2 PM SAST get processed faster. Real international logistics take time—we don't make promises we can't keep.

Where do my products actually ship from?
China. Every order is fulfilled from our vetted partner warehouses there and shipped via Buffalo International Logistics, who specialize in the China-to-South Africa route. We're transparent about our supply chain. -
Will I get hit with surprise customs fees?
Nope. Our prices are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). What you see at checkout is what you pay—shipping and all import duties included. We handle customs through KifTech's import license so you never get a surprise bill at your door.
