Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Changed your mind? You pay. Because our products are imported and brought in to order, a 25% handling fee applies to change-of-mind returns and is deducted from your refund. Item faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong thing? We provide a prepaid label and you get a full refund.
