Can I delete my data?
Yes. Email support@kiftech.co.za and we'll delete what we legally can. Some transaction records we must keep for tax and legal compliance.

Do you sell my data?
No. We share it only with trusted partners who help run the store: Shopify (hosting), PayFast (payments), courier companies (shipping), and Google/Meta (marketing). We don't sell lists to random third parties.

What are my rights?
Under POPIA, you can access, correct, or delete your info, object to processing, and lodge complaints with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

What data do you collect?
Your name, email, phone, address for orders and support. Payment info is processed by PayFast (we don't store your full card details). We also collect device data—IP address, browser type, cookies—and use Meta Pixel and Google Ads for remarketing.

Where is my data stored?
On Shopify's servers in North America (Canada/USA) and Europe (Ireland). It's protected under South Africa's POPIA, but it's not sitting on a server in Durban.
